How to Activate a Steam Gift Card

Step 1: Open Steam

Launch the Steam client on your computer or go to store.steampowered.com. Sign in to your account.

Step 2: Go to code activation

In the top menu, select Games → Activate a Product on Steam. On the web, go to Account → Redeem a Steam Wallet Code.

Step 3: Enter the code

Type in the code from your Kodshop email. The code is a mix of letters and numbers separated by dashes. Click Next — funds will be added to your wallet instantly.

Common issues

• Code doesn't work — make sure the card's region matches your account region.
• "Too many attempts" error — wait 30 minutes and try again.

If the code won't activate — contact Kodshop support, we'll replace it or refund you.
