User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of KodShop, the kodshop.cloud online service (the "Service"), provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Service, including placing an order, paying for it or receiving digital goods, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement in full and accept it in its entirety.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the Agreement, they must stop using the Service.

2. Nature of Services and Digital Goods

2.1. The Service provides intangible digital goods and services, including but not limited to gift cards, top-up codes, eSIMs, digital subscriptions and related services.

2.2. Digital goods provided through the Service may include:

  • activation codes and PINs;
  • balance top-ups for accounts on third-party platforms;
  • eSIM profiles for mobile data.

2.3. The User understands and agrees that digital goods are issued by third parties, and that their activation terms, regional restrictions and usage rules are set by the respective platforms.

2.4. Before paying, the User is responsible for checking that a product suits their account, region and device.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

3.1. The Service is provided "AS IS".

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

  • that the Service will meet the User's expectations;
  • any financial, commercial, professional or other results;
  • uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for:

  • any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits;
  • the consequences of the User's use of the digital goods received;
  • the actions or omissions of third parties;
  • temporary technical failures and access restrictions.

3.4. All decisions on using purchased digital goods and services are made by the User independently and at their own risk.

4. Lawful Use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize or facilitate unlawful activity.

4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service only in accordance with applicable law and the rules of third parties.

4.3. The User bears full responsibility for the lawful use of the Service's digital goods and services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials published on the Service are protected by intellectual property law.

5.2. The User may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer to third parties or otherwise use the Service's materials without the right holder's permission.

5.3. Infringing intellectual property rights may result in restricted access to the Service without compensation.

6. Restriction of Access

6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service in case of:

  • a breach of this Agreement;
  • detected abuse;
  • requirements of law or of payment providers.

6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.

6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create elevated risk for the Service, payment providers or third parties.

7. Payments and Refunds

7.1. Digital goods and services are paid for on the terms shown in the Service before payment.

7.2. Because digital goods and services are intangible, money is not refunded once access to the product has been provided, except in the cases listed below.

7.3. A refund is possible only if:

  • the service was not provided due to a technical fault on the Service's side;
  • the digital product (code, top-up, eSIM) was not actually delivered.

7.4. To request a refund, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment.

7.5. Refund decisions are made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.

7.6. The User agrees not to initiate a chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the Service's support.

8. Privacy

8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum technical data needed to run the Service. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted information.

9. Changes to the Terms

9.1. The Administration may amend this Agreement.

9.2. The current version of the Agreement is published on the Service.

9.3. Continuing to use the Service means the User accepts the updated terms.

By placing an order on the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept its terms in full.
