FAQ
What type of trip does a 30-day validity suit best?
It fits extended tourism (city hops, countryside drives), medium-length business trips, or long stopovers, basically any visit from a few days up to a full month in France.
When does the 30-day countdown actually start?
The clock starts the moment you first connect to a French network and activate the eSIM profile. Not before. Install the QR code at home and nothing counts until you arrive.
If my trip is longer than 30 days, what can I do?
Once the plan expires, you'll lose data access. You can buy another 30-day plan or a shorter one for the extra days, just install a new eSIM profile. No need to delete the old one.
Will my eSIM work across all of France, including rural areas?
Coverage depends on the operator we resell, we don't control the network. It usually covers major cities and highways, but remote mountain zones may have weaker signal. Check device compatibility before traveling.
What if I need to top up or reinstall the eSIM mid-trip?
Top-ups go through your KodShop account: buy a new plan and you'll receive a fresh QR code. No need to visit a store, just scan it again and activate over Wi-Fi.
