FAQ
Can I use a Heretic + Hexen gift card bought on KodShop outside the card's region?
Redemption needs a store account matching the card's region. Buy a Russian-region card and you'll need a Russian Steam account to activate it. Global cards work on any account but cost more.
How long does delivery take after purchase?
Most cards arrive by email within 1-5 minutes. In rare cases, manual verification may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
What popular regions give the biggest savings?
Russia, Turkey, and Argentina typically offer the largest discounts, often 40-50% off global prices for AAA titles on Steam. CIS-region cards also save 25-35%.
Do I need a VPN to redeem a regional gift card?
No. You just need a Steam account whose region matches the card. Steam checks your store region, not your IP, during redemption.
What payment methods do you accept for Heretic + Hexen cards?
KodShop's English store accepts crypto exclusively: USDT, BTC, ETH and other leading coins, no cards. Prices are shown in US dollars.
